Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
